The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national military complex for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

Now we are looking for a Copywriter who wants to apply her experience to strengthen the country's defense capabilities. If you share our values - integrity, accountability and people-centricity - and have a desire to make the military supply process as efficient as possible, this role is for you.

Possible duties:

• ?Development of creative concepts of advertising and communication campaigns (from an idea for a post to a national multi-channel campaign).
• Creation of the creative text part of the content about the Agency's activities in cooperation with the internal creative production team.
• ?Active participation in the development and implementation of brand communication and SMM strategies.
• Development and support of the Tone of Voice of the brand in the conditions of state communications, which requires the maximum pumping of the creative muscle.
• Providing support to communication managers in the development of point, highly specialized communications and info drives.

Requirements from candidates:

• 2 years of experience as a copywriter.
• ?Previous work experience in advertising, creative or PR agencies. Understanding of agency processes and standards.
• Profound ability to work with Big Data and research: Experience with large volumes of information, monitoring infospace and support systems.
• Key skill: Proactivity, inquisitiveness and the ability to understand and simply explain complex things and processes (in particular, related to the state provision of the Armed Forces) to various stakeholders.
• Ability to create content for various channels and formats: from an inspiring manifesto to a business letter.
• Experience in managing SMM brand page on Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Proactive civic position and zero tolerance for corruption.
• ?High level of self-organization, stress resistance and openness to new knowledge.
