Copywriter in MOU Agenciya oboronnih zakupivel, DP

We are looking for a creative copywriter for a state enterprise under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. If you share our values and have a desire to make the process of providing the military more efficient, virtuous and accountable - this vacancy is for you!

The main duties of the position:

• Develop creative concepts of advertising and communication campaigns in a team of like-minded people: from the idea for an Instagram post to the idea of a nationwide multi-channel campaigns.
• To come up with and implement own ideas from conception to launch.
• Together with the internal team of creative production, to create creative content (its creative and textual part).
• As necessary, to cooperate with communication managers, helping to develop highly specialized, point communications and info drives.
• To take an active part in development and implementation communication and SMM strategies of the brand.
• Build the Tone of Voice of the brand.
• Have a desire and actively learn new skills. Learn how the provision of the Armed Forces works and how to communicate with stakeholders.

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a creative copywriter.
• Previous experience in advertising, creative or PR agencies.
• Experience working with different communication channels and in different formats.
• Ability to write both an inspiring manifesto and a business letter.
• Desirable higher or professional education in the field of communications, advertising, journalism.
• Experience in managing SMM brand page on Instagram and/or TikTok will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and establish partnership relations.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information (research, Big Data support system, monitoring infospace, etc.).
• Proactivity, curiosity, ability to understand and simply explain complex things.
• Knowledge of the English language is not inferior B2 will be an advantage.

Technical knowledge and software:

• A confident user of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work in task trackers is an advantage.
