Right to Defense" (Fund) is a charity fund operating in partnership with HIAS, a global refugee assistance organization. The Fund focuses on assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons with increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is the UNCCC Executive Partner and provides direct legal aid programs throughout Ukraine, and also contributes to changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into compliance with international human rights standards. • In collaboration with the software coordinator, the project plan forms a project plan, the activity plan, understands the logic of different stages of the project, establishes project targets;

• Provides and coordinates activities to implement activities in the areas specified in the area;

• Establishes and supports coordination and cooperation with the relevant directions of the Fund, state institutions and partner organizations, develops the new partnerships necessary for the successful implementation of the project (in the public sector, public institutions, private sector); style = "font-weight: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Organizes trainings on a certain topic in the areas specified in the area, conducts the selection of coaches and experts in the project; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Establishes interaction and cooperation with state employment centers in the areas defined by the areas;

• Provides mentorial, organizational and coordination support to the project team;

  Controls the performance of the project indicators, their timely fixation in the CRM Fund.

• The intermediate and final report on the project: internal regular reports in the Fund system, regular donor reports. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Communication with the Donor of the Project, cooperates with partners within the consortium;

• Controls the timeliness and completeness of primary documentation, reporting;

• Finalizes the Activities on the Project, makes internal and external reconciliations with all participants involved in the project;

  • Experience in International Donor Projects concerning the increase in economic capacity and development will be an advantage;

  • Free Knowledge of Ukrainian and High Level of English (B2-C1);

  • Understanding the main stages of the projected cycle

  • Experience in the detailed planning of the introduction of multicomponent activities/activities

  • Ability to establish and coordinate the work of the inner team of the project and involved in the implementation of the projects of contractors

  • Ability to Work with the team through mentoring, motivation and control of results

  • The ability to analyze the effectiveness of activity, to offer management solutions to achieve the best result

    Understanding the specifics of business in Ukraine and experience in working with micro entrepreneurs will be an advantage

  • The experience of cooperation with state employment centers will be an advantage

  • Ability to analyze and systematize information according to the goals and objectives of the project

  • Report preparation and presentation skills (both in writing and oral presentation) in Ukrainian and English

  • Experience in Organizing Measures and Preparation of Reporting and Financial Documents
