Coordinator of the work of mobile rehabilitation teams in Rivnenska oblasna organizaciya Tovaristva Chervonogo Hresta Ukrayini

Main tasks:

1. Regular coordination of the work of mobile rehabilitation teams in the region with the support of representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross and partners in the Red Cross movement and the Red Crescent
2. Participation in the development of new and adaptation (modernization) of existing algorithms/instructions/recommendations/SOPs for regional employees, volunteers as part of the organization of rehabilitation services, joint development of methodology and protocols with representatives of the CH and PE.
3. Organization of all necessary processes for smooth operation of FT and AFT, volunteers at the regional level.
4. Processing of incoming applications for receiving services from mobile rehabilitation teams, forming a waiting list, planning schedules, routes and coordination of activities.
5. Control over the implementation of rehabilitation activities in communities, their compliance with international standards and recommendations from the NC of the ChKHU.
6. Regular monitoring of the work of mobile rehabilitation teams and keeping appropriate reports to ensure control efficiency of work, coordination with the work of other areas of activity of the TCHU in the region.
7. Accounting and control of replenishment of stocks of auxiliary rehabilitation equipment in the region.
8. Implementation of work targets, control of their compliance in the region, providing and the formation of reporting.
9. Readiness for regular monitoring visits together with representatives of the NC TCHHU to the region in order to assess the effectiveness of the project
10. Requirements:  
    1. Higher education (bachelor and above) in the field of health care, public health, management.
    2. < u>Personal experience of working as a coordinator will be an advantage.
    3. Fluency in Ukrainian and a sufficient level of English(B2).
    4. Experience in implementation , coordination and management of humanitarian projects
    5. Understanding all stages of the project cycle.
    6. Understanding the basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects.  
    7. Experience of communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy.  
    8. Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness, analytical skills.  
    9. Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation, initiative.
    10. Developed organizational, executive and communication skills, as well as stress management skills.  
    11. Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross. 
11. Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft 365 package (Excel. Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
