Ukraine's largest charitable foundation in the field of children's oncology is looking for a Coordinator of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Families program, who will become an integral part of our valuable team and help us implement support for wards and their families after treatment with the aim of returning and readapting to life outside the hospital walls. 

Fund "Pills" does not stop for a day in helping children with cancer and their families, supporting key hospitals, continuous professional development of medical personnel, promoting systemic changes in in the field of pediatric oncology and health care.

We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our team! 

What we offer:

  • Official salary, the level of which we will determine based on the results of the interview

  • The working schedule includes working on weekends and holidays (holding program activities) with further rest during standard working hours days

What we expect in return:

  • Organization of psychosocial rehabilitation groups for wards and their families
  • Conduct field events (rehabilitation camps, family and children's activities)
  • Implementation of online support projects for wards and their families
  • Involvement of wards, promotion of program projects among the community
  • Communication with families, finding solutions for the child/family
  • Coordinating the work of event teams (mentors, contractors, volunteers)
  • Planning, budgeting, project reporting
  • Interaction with colleagues from the foundation for the purpose of implementing and promoting projects, attracting volunteers
  • Study and analysis of the practices of other foundations, patient organizations and clinics

 What is our ideal candidate like

  • Has project planning, negotiation and active listening skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity at work
  • Has the skills of independent project management and problem solving
  • Is stress-resistant, knows how to keep calm and common sense in force majeure situations
  • Interested in issues of child and adolescent psychology and development
  • Able to search and analyze information
  • Understands which documentsnecessary for processing the purchase of goods or services
  • Works confidently with MS Office, Google services
  • B1 level English is preferred
  • Shares the mission and values ​​of the foundation and adheres to the Foundation's Code of Ethics and the Policy on the Protection of Children from All Forms violence
