Right to Defense" (Fund) is a charity fund operating in partnership with HIAS, a global refugee assistance organization. The Fund focuses on assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons with increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is the UNCCC Executive Partner and provides direct legal aid programs throughout Ukraine, and also contributes to changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into compliance with international human rights standards. Thanks to the financing of international organizations of the Right to Protection, registration of vulnerable categories of IDPs and victims of hostilities from the beginning of 2022.  Fund has a successful experience in the implementation Assistance: Accountability, Innovation and Collaboration to Response to the Crisis in Ukraine " Responsibilities and Tasks

Coordinator/Ka Project will be responsible for:

• Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Reporting on the Project;

• Presentation of the Foundation at Coordination Meetings and in Communication with the Donor;

• Compliance with the Fund's Policies, Procedures and Processes in the implementation of the project;

• close cooperation with the head of the project department, directions coordinators, financial manager and other employees to ensure quality implementation. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: none "> Main tasks:
  

  • In collaboration with the software coordinator, the project plan forms a project plan, the activity plan, understands the logic of different stages of the project, establishes project targets;

  • Involves NGOs in the existing platform of exchanging experience in the field of humanitarian and vouchering; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Provides and coordinates the activities of the Exchange Exchange Platform

  • Organizes online events with international partners and NGOs;

  • Raises NGO's Awareness in the field of localization;

  • initiates and creates events on the advocacy of localization in the field of humanitarian and vouchering; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Establishes and supports coordination and cooperation with the relevant directions of the Fund, state institutions and partner organizations, develops the new partnerships necessary for the successful implementation of the project (in the public sector, public institutions, private sector); style = "font-weight: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Organizes trainings on a certain topic in the areas specified in the area, conducts the selection of coaches and experts in the project; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Organizes work with the project participants;

  • The intermediate and final report on the project: internal regular reports in the Fund system, regular donor reports;

  • Controls the timeliness and completeness of primary documentation, reporting;

  • Finalizes the Activities on the Project, makes internal and external reconciliations with all participants involved in the project;

    • Experience in International Donor Projects concerning the provision of cash assistance will be an advantage;

    • NGO experience;

    • Free Knowledge of Ukrainian and High Level of English (B2-C1);

    • Understanding the basic stages of the projected cycle;

    • Experience in the detailed planning of the introduction of multicomponent activities/activities;

    • The ability to analyze the effectiveness of activity, to offer management solutions to achieve the best result;

    • Excellent communication skills, ability to establish partnerships in different sectors;

    • Ability to analyze and systematize information according to the goals and objectives of the project;
