The International Charity Organization "SOS Children's Towns" Ukraine, within the framework of the "Path to Recovery" project, is looking for

Coordinator of the mobile team for family forms of education in the Kyiv region.

Main goals: coordination of the work of the mobile team for family forms of education in the Kyiv region

Main functions:

· Organization of activities and logistical support of a mobile team for family forms of education in the Kyiv region.

· Planning trips to provide psychological, socio-pedagogical assistance.

· Conducting regular meetings with employees, discussing ideas, problems, according to the set goals and objectives.

· Carrying out work on informing local communities about the activities of the mobile team through children's services and social service centers of territorial communities.

· Work with graphs, analysis and distribution of workload in the team, tabulation.

· Analysis of reports, indicators of each employee.

· Participation in the organization and training of mobile team specialists if necessary.

· Preparation of necessary reporting documentation, correspondence.

· Conducting monitoring visits to assess work efficiency, preparing reports and recommendations based on the visits.

Requirements for candidates:

· Higher education in the field of psychology, social work.

· From 3-5 years of practical management experience, as well as experience as a social work specialist is welcome.

· Experience of working with family forms of upbringing, with families with children - welcome.

· Ability to process large amounts of information, analyze it and generate reports.

· Confident user of PC and office software package.

· Openness to communication and information exchange.

· Excellent management and communication skills.

· Stress resistance, professionalism, responsibility, multitasking.

· Readiness for business trips.

· Critical and analytical thinking, ability to resolve conflictsituations.
