Vashe Misto International Charitable Foundation is looking for a Mental Health Center Coordinator.
The center provides free psychological help to adults and children who need it in the city of Odesa, offering group and individual psychological help, trainings, workshops, information sessions and other events aimed at supporting mental health and recovery of Ukrainians during the war.
Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the center's activities , development development strategies in accordance with the general strategy of the foundation.
- Coordinating the activities of psychologists and ensuring compliance with project tasks.
- Finding and implementing the best practices of mental health care.
- Preparation and implementation of programs of psychological assistance, psychoeducation and support for beneficiaries.
- Control of the project budget, costs, preparation of preliminary budgets in accordance with activity plans.
- Organization and facilitation of training seminars and other events (workshops, information sessions, etc.) in the field of PZPSP for employees and volunteers of the "Vashe Misto" foundation, as well as for the population and partners of the foundation.
- Preparation of monthly reporting documentation.

- Ensuring communication with state authorities, humanitarian organizations and partners.
- Development programs and activities, long-term planning of the center's activities and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with the system of monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the PZPSP.
Our requirements
- Age from 30 to 55 years old.
- Experience in developing and implementing MHPSS programs.
- Understanding the work of a non-profit organization and skills in working with donors.

- Experience in implementing projects and providing psychosocial support.
- Ability to work with the population in crisis situations.
- Knowledge of PC (Google Docs, Word, Excel).
- Education in the field of psychology or psychotherapy.
- Experience in group activities and the ability to work in a team.
