PnZ is an executive partner of UNHCR and implements programs of providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The position will operate within the project "Ensuring the necessary monitoring and vital legal protection for the affected population in Lviv, Vinnytsia and Ivano-Frankivsk Region", implemented in partnership with the Norwegian Refugee Council in Ukraine.

The goal of the project is to ensure the necessary monitoring and vital issues in the field of protection for the affected population in Lviv, Vinnytsia and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

As part of the project, specialists of the Fund's mobile teams will go to communities where there are the greatest need for assistance is to ensure quick access to life-necessary services for people affected by the war who are unable to get to the assistance centers on their own and will provide information on social issues, help with filing documents and solving social issues. During the trips, the mobile team collects information about new needs or threats in the community in order to respond in a timely manner and implement effective solutions, as well as support people in the process of integration into new communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluates and analyzes the needs of communities in the region with the help of mobile groups and, taking into account the proposals of specialists, plans mobile group visits ;

  • Planning schedule, geography and transport for mobile trips of regional teams;

  • Ensures the organization of mobile trips - general coordination, support for the work of teams on the trip, providing feedback;

  • Participates in personnel selection (interviews);

  • Organization and holding of working meetings with representatives of local authorities and partner organizations in order to ensure the work of mobile groups;

  • Performs a representative role together with the regional team to highlight the work of mobile groups in the region and form a positive image of the Foundation;

  • Organizes and supports internal communications in the team regarding work on trips;

  • Coordinates the referral of beneficiaries to receive assistance from other organizations;

  • Coordinates the regional team of drivers and monitors their compliance with the Fund's internal rules and policies;

  • Makes proposals regarding the implementation plan of projects in terms of the work of mobile groups;

  • Interacts with program specialists in the region to ensure effective operation of mobile teams;

  • Control of correspondence of drivers' route sheets;

  • Participates in the preparation and conducting of monitoring visits with the participation of partners and donors;

  • Performing monitoring visits in order to assess the effectiveness of their work;

  • Monitoring and analyzing the work of mobile groups;

  • Reports on mobile trips to the regional manager;

  • Reports on trips to project managers;

  • Informs program coordinators about the specifics of requests from beneficiaries for making operational corrections to program activities, informs about violations of procedures (protocols) for the provision of services, the presence of other violations or inconsistencies in the provision of services (aid);< /p>

  • Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.

  • PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Higher education in the field of management, social sciences, psychology, pedagogy, management, law and other relevant fields;

    • Preferably 2 years of experience in international technical assistance projects, humanitarian sphere;

    • Experience in managing teams;

    • Experience in logistics and understanding of logistics tools will be an advantage;

    • Initiative;

    • Negotiation skills;

    • Stress resistance.
