Kharkiv School of Architecture is a private institution of higher education, which prepares bachelors and masters of architecture, invites a Coordinator of grant projects. strong> Ensuring the successful management of grant projects, including their writing, implementation, reporting and communication, in order to maximize the use of external resources for the development of the organization.
Place of work:cityLviv, street Kubiyovych 35A. Duties: 1. Search and attraction of new grants
Identification of new opportunities for grant funding
2. Development and submission of grants.
Writing applications for grants, taking into account the requirements of donors.
Preparation of supporting documentation.
Communication with consortium partners during the submission of grant applications, submission grant application.
3. Implementation of grant projects
Management of the grant as a project manager, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of task performance
Coordination of the performance of works by project participants provided for by the grant.
Coordination of interaction with partners of the consortium, participation in regular meetings.
4. Reporting and monitoring
Preparation of semi-annual and annual reports for donors and partners.
Collection and analysis of data to assess the progress of projects.
Maintenance of the register of grants received
Coordination with the communication department for coverage of grant events in social networks.
Development of content plans and ensuring their implementation.
Participation in conferences and events as a speaker or participant in discussions (if needed), popularizing project results.
