Coordinator of commercial integrations in Starlight Media

And today the Broadcasting Division Starlight Media invites to its team a Coordinator of Commercial Integrations.

Your tasks will be:

• providing effective implementation of commercial sponsorship integrations in the social networks of the TV channel group — from planning to publication, in compliance with the brief, KPI and customer expectations;

Coordination of integration processes:

• interaction with the sales department, marketing, digital departments of TV channels and productions;
• planning, coordination and control of sponsorship integrations in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others platforms;
• ensuring the timely release of materials in accordance with the media plan;
• maintenance of the project database and project management system.

Content and implementation:

• coordinating creative concepts of integrations with brands and digital channel teams;
• analysis of content effectiveness according to key metrics (ER, reach, views, CTR, sentiment etc.).

Communication with clients:

• maintaining constant contact with clients and partners, prompt resolution of issues;
• preparation together with analysts of presentations, reports, analysts;
• participation in brainstorms and development of new integration formats.

Project management:

• management of several projects at the same time, control deadlines and resources;
• composing and maintaining a publication calendar and fulfilling SLAs;
• ensuring communication between all project stakeholders.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education: marketing, management, communications, journalism or related fields;
• 2 years of work experience in the field of digital marketing, SMM or production;
• experience in coordination of advertising campaigns or sponsorship projects - mandatory;
• understanding of commercial integration processes in television or digital environments;
• skills of creating presentations and basic creative copywriting;
• knowledge of the basics of analytics in social networks (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics);
• knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Notion, ChatGTP and other AI tools;
• knowledge of the English language — upper-Intermediate level;
• personal qualities: responsibility, efficiency, partnership.
