The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. 

Project"Advocacy, protection and legal assistance for internally displaced persons" aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons and the population affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation at the national, local and individual levels. 

Pravo na protection" is looking for candidates for the position of Coordinator strong> commands inm. Poltava. The coordinator of the "Right to Defense" BF team reports to the Head of the regional team on emergency cash assistance. 

Responsibilities< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> the head/s of the local team provide for information processing and general support for the activities of the BF "Right to Defense" at the regional level, in particular, but not limited to the following :

  • Organizes the work of local teams to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals;

  • Coordinates the team's activities to ensure proper and timely execution of tasks , set by the coordinator, formulating and explaining the tasks and deadlines to the employees of the regional office, defining the circle of those responsible for the implementation of specific tasks;

  • Responsible for managementdatabase in accordance with available instructions and controls the quality of database filling by the team;

  • Collects, systematizes and stores documentation and materials based on the results of the regional office in paper and electronic form;

  • Organizes and/or participates in key coordination meetings with local authorities, international organizations and other NGOs, and conveys relevant information to coordinators;

  • Supports cooperation of the Project with key partners, local authorities and journalists at the regional level;

  • Collects financial documentation (bills, etc.) of the team and submits it for reimbursement, in accordance with the procedures of the BF "Right to Defense" and within the specified time frame;

  • < li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Communicates constructively with the emergency care coordinator.

  • Contributes to the creation of a positive, friendly atmosphere in the team;

  • Ensures that team members behave neutrally and tolerantly towards interlocutors; do not engage in political discussions and disputes;

  • Performs the analysis of performance indicators of regional office employees;

  • Certifies the team's monthly time sheets;

  • Understands and ensures compliance by employees of the regional team of the Code of Conduct and other internal policies of BF "Right to Protection".

Required skills/qualifications

  • Highereducation; 

  • Understanding the local context of resettlement;

  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

  • < li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Proficiency in English at the B2 level, both written and spoken, will be an advantage. 

  • Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards;

  • Experience in team work; 

  • Good communication skills; 

  • Self-presentation skills;

  • Tolerance; 

  • Ability to create and maintain a friendly working atmosphere.

We offer

PF "Pravo na skhet" offers the successful candidate a contract until the end of October 2024 with the possibility of extension, which depends on further financing and personal results.
