Coordinator Logistics in PUMA Group

YOUR MISSION Organising the supply of goods and equipment across Ukraine (to the PUMA store network and key customers); Organising the return of goods to the central warehouse; Registration of consignment notes and waybills in the logistics operator's system; Monitoring the quality of service of Ukrainian logistics operators (KPI); Resolving operational issues that arise during deliveries; Maintaining a register of shipments; Providing monthly reports to the accounting department; Registration of claims, accounting for shortages/surpluses; Maintaining a register of waybills; Communication with store managers, carriers.YOUR TALENT Higher or incomplete higher education (economics, logistics); At least 2 years of similar work experience; Proficient user of Excel, Power Point, experience with SAP is desirable; English - Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English); Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, quick learning ability.SPEED & SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates, defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience shine.
