KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Training and Retail Coordinator you will be responsible for training seminars, organization of educational events, cooperation with external organizations.
- Development and preparation of materials for educational trainings and management of the training calendar.
- Administration of events, ordering testers and equipment.
- Organization of business trips for the team.
- Work and coordination with external agencies for translation of educational materials.
- Uploading and posting of content (Instagram, internal platform).
- Administration and tracking of various contests and quizzes on the platform.
- Administration and control of expenses (procedures, planning, budget, issuance of RO, closing of applications and invoices for payment).
- Managing documents, placing purchase orders.
- Working on internal platforms (Concur, SAP, E-docs).
- Working with the document flow of a team of managers dealing with key customers and with complaints (invoices, acts, contracts, specifications, promotional applications, etc.), control and coordination of the stages of signing and distribution of documents
