What we will entrust to you:< /b>

• Planning and management of each veteran's case (details of the request, assistance in its definition)
• Perform initial consultation regarding possible areas of support
• Select services in accordance with the result of the initial screening
• Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive service plan for veterans within the MHP company and their family members
• Interact with specialized veteran organizations and medical facilities that help with rehabilitation with the goal of receiving services
• Maintain a database of veteran spaces in the community, as well as all stakeholders involved in providing of veteran services
• Organize events for servicemen, veterans and their family members
• Formulate reports on the number of cases and escort details

• Have organizational skills for planning and coordinating activities
• Able to resolve conflict situations and provide psychological support
