Coordinator (DIM.RIA) in RIA.com

We develop well-known products AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com, which are used by millions of Ukrainians.

p>Now we are looking for a Project Coordinator in the DIM.RIA team.

How to understand that you are suitable for us:

• you have experience of confident communication on the phone with clients;
• you know and like to communicate with different types of clients;
• you work with Google tools;
• you know how to be a team player.

Will be an advantage:

• experience working in contact centers;

What will be the tasks:

• processing of incoming applications for inspections of real estate objects on DIM.RIA (incoming line calls);
• work with internal admins of the DIM.RIA product;
• communication with specialists involved in inspections.

Working conditions:

Working schedule: from Monday to Friday (1 working Saturday or Sunday for 1.5 months);

• 8-hour working day (variable schedule, shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.);
• an hour of lunch break;
• training in the office (Vinnytsia / or remotely).
