General Description of the position

Coordinator (Ka) IDP legal aid programs and affected population as a member of the software team.   • Management of the Software Team, Team Management in achieving Program and Project Goals according toIdentified Indicators. : 400; Weight: 400;

    Control of Awareness and Compliance with the Legal Team of Human Rights and Code of Conduct, including confidentiality and data protection during processing of all data collected, and their use in everyday work. l>

  • Preparation and Project Reporting and within the Legal aid Program

  • Security Regular Analysis of Legal Assistance Information, Dissemination of Information on Relevant Trends among Stakeholders and Responsible Persons, with the support of advocacy coordinator. >

  • Understanding and Compliance with the Code of Conduct and Other Fund Policy.

HR management

  • Coordination of Handing Legal Aid Members

  • Training and Development, Management and Support for Legal Aid Teams in performing their duties within the program. />

Report and Report and Report Accountability

  • Coordination and Representation

Professional Requirements

  • Higher Education in the field of law, public administration or management.

  • Legal Aid Network Experience

  • Good Understanding and Knowledge of the Mi MiCommunity and Community Dynamics.
