Blago Foundation was founded almost 20 years ago with the aim of providing comprehensive support to the most vulnerable categories of the population.

Last year we helped more than 35,000 people, including:

• Forced migrants;
• Single elderly people on the guardianship list;
• Teenagers who have been in conflict with the law;
• People with HIV infection.

Project goal: to provide conditions for care, support and integration into existing service systems for the population of people on the care list, bedridden and those with limited mobility with a special emphasis on recently evacuated people (the project's target group).

What you will need to do:

• Conducting tenders and concluding agreements with specialists and contractors involved in the project;
• Development, agreement and approval of criteria for determining project beneficiaries;
• Providing social assistance to beneficiaries at home and in their places of residence, list services;
• Conducting tender procedures and procurement of goods;
• Providing beneficiaries with hygiene products for the care of the bedridden;
• Ensuring collection of information about the needs of beneficiaries in household and other things (includes collection of information about needs, systematization, dissemination among partner organizations, monitoring of closure);
• Providing psychological and legal assistance to beneficiaries (offline and online);

• Conducting trainings to teach caregivers and caregivers the rules of caring for a bedridden person (prevention of bedsores, conducting hygienic procedures, prevention of loss of health of the examiner, etc.).

• Project management:Development and implementation of project plans. Budget planning and resource management.

• Organization of events from planning to implementation supporting activities.
• Data analysis:Collection and analysis of data to evaluate the effectiveness of projects.Ability to use softwarefor data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
