What to do:

• Prepare meals accordingly to technological cards
• Prepare semi-finished products
• Monitor the expiration dates of raw materials and semi-finished products
• Observe the product proximity of raw materials
• Ensure the necessary sanitary condition of the workshop according to HACCP standards
• Participate in the inventory
