What to do:

• Prepare dishes in accordance with the technological ones cards
• Prepare semi-finished products
• Monitor the expiration dates of raw materials and semi-finished products
• Observe the commodity proximity of raw materials
• Ensure the necessary sanitary condition of the shop according to standards HACCP
• Take part in the inventory
