Vacancy: Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Venture Builder About the company: Our venture builder is engaged in the launch and development of startups in various industries, providing all the necessary resources for rapid growth and success in the market. Responsibilities: Management of the startup launch process: Development and implementation of processes for effective launch and scaling of startups. Ensuring interaction between all key participants in the process, including founders, startup managers and investors Creation and optimization of the fund's work processes: Development and management of the venture builder's operational activity strategy. Implementation of best practices and tools to increase the efficiency and transparency of the fund's work. Management of the team of startup managers: Management, training and development of the team of startup managers, ensuring their productive work and high results.Coordinating the work of teams to achieve the goals of the fund and startups.Creating departments and divisions:Forming the structures and departments necessary to support the launch and development of startups.Defining and implementing KPIs to evaluate the performance of divisions.Developing partnerships:Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with investors, mentoring networks, technology companies and other key market players. Active participation in negotiations and concluding agreements with partners. Work with startups: Consulting and support of startups at all stages of their development. Analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators of startups, ensuring their compliance with business goals. Requirements: Experience in a COO, COO or similar management role in startups, venture builder or investment fund. Deep understanding of startup processes, from idea to market entry. Experience in building and managing teams, as well as optimizing business processes. Developed leadership qualities, the ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty. Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at a high level. Strategic thinking and results orientation.
