Conversion Club is a community for top affiliate marketing professionals to share ideas, get insights and pump up their skills. The company organizes large-scale conferences where industry leaders meet. Here you will find useful content that will help you take your campaigns to a new level.

We offer:

Remote work format.

• Participation in international conferences.< /p>

• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:30 to 18:30 (Kyiv time).

• < p>Salary: fixed part + bonuses.

• The opportunity to influence the formation of the budget and the development of the company.

Main tasks:

• Management of all company departments (marketing, sales, event department).

• Optimizing business processes and implementing automation tools such as Asana.

• Development and implementation of KPI for monitoring team performance.

• Organization of effective communication between departments and control of performance of established tasksterms.

• Analysis of finances, sales and business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

• Recruitment, training and motivation of employees.< /p>

• Strategic planning the company's development and achieving the set goals.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a COO for at least 2 years in the field of digital, e-commerce or B2B.

• High organizational skills, the ability to effectively manage a team and projects.

• Deep knowledge of Internet marketing and e-commerce.

• Experience in implementing KPI systems and automating business processes.

• Proficiency in English at the Advanced (C1) level.

• Ability to analyze data, strategic planning and multitask.

• High responsibility, organization and stress resistance.
