In 2024, 10,000,000 was collected for drones on the Formula press program.
Thanks to these funds, 20 prostheses for military and civilians were made.
In 2025, the Formula team once again united the business community around a common goal — collected 15,000,000 UAH for three important directions:
- Purchase of the Shark UAV
- Scholarships for students of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy
- Psychological rehabilitation of military medics.

- Implementation of company plans
- Control of daily work of departments.
- Formation of plans and verification of their implementation.
- Management of tasks in Notion, control of the relevance of statuses.
- Conducting planners with managers, allocation of tasks and determination of priorities.
- Organization of weekly retrospectives and preparation of operational analytics.
2. Reporting and analytics
- Collection of data and creation of departmental reports.
- Formation of dashboards and weekly presentations.
- Preparation of monthly presentation for owners (P&L, budget, results, challenges, plans).
3. Team motivation and effectiveness
- Development and updating of KPIs for all roles.
- Improving the motivation system and incentive programs.
- Conducting eNPS measurements and one-to-one meetings.
4. Optimization of processes and automation
- Description and standardization of processes in departments.
- Implementation or updating of CRM, LMS, Task Manager, Notion.
