You will have the following tasks:

• Setting up and optimizing the company's business processes;

• Expanding presence on the Ukrainian market, increasing the number of sales points (online and offline);

• Development of e-commerce: 

  • Analyze the effectiveness of current marketing channels;

  • Develop a strategy to increase online sales ;

  • Control the work of the marketing team and contractors;

• Increasing the company's operational indicators and turnover;

• Team management: 

  • Coordinate the work of marketing, sales and production departments;

  • Implement a KPI system for employees;

  • Ensure effective communication between departments;

• Participation in the development of a marketing strategy and control over its implementation;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimization of budgets;

• Control of financial indicators and reporting to the owner;

• Development of a strategy for entering new markets (Poland, Canada, Spain);

• Interaction with partners and key customers.

Will be the result of work:

for 1 month — process structuring, analysis of the current state of business, development of an optimization plan;

for the 3rd month - raising the operating turnover of sales, improving the indicators of online sales.
