- Master’s degree, preferably related to Controlling, Accounting or Finance
- Several years of working experience in a Controlling Line Function or Consulting role
- Strong understanding of controlling/financial steering best practices, e.g. in internal accounting, cost allocation and reporting
- Experience in project management
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German will be an asset
- Ability to think analytically combined with conceptual skills and attention to the business perspective
- Statistical/mathematical literacy and a capacity for abstract thinking
- Ability and willingness for teamwork
- Communication and presentation skills
