SUSHI ICONS is an all-Ukrainian network of online sushi and roll delivery restaurants.

The SUSHI ICONS project was born in Kharkiv in 2017. In 5 years, we have followed our own "Samurai path": from one point we have grown to a network of online restaurants in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv and Warsaw.

What needs to be done:< /em>

• Creation and management of business processes their implementation);

• Development and implementation of process optimization recommendations;.

• Preparation of regular reports on the performance of business processes;

• Identification of potential risks and problems in processes;

• Participation in the implementation of new tools to automate and improve processes;

• Training for employees on compliance with business procedures;

• Interaction with department heads for coordinationimplementation of changes;

• Maintenance of the minutes of meetings of managers with their subordinates (entering tasks in the task table, scheduling deadlines and those responsible);

• Execution personal tasks from the owners (booking tickets, hotel, negotiations in the person of an interpreter).

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;

• Communication and the ability to work effectively in a team;

• Initiative in solving complex tasks;

• Structure (ability to organize work, distribute tasks and monitor execution at all stages);

• Experience with analytical and BI tools (Power BI, MS Excel, Google Docs);

• Skills in working with CRM systems and ERP systems will be an advantage;

• Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies for effective control of business processes;

• Required: knowledge of Polish (spoken and written) and English (preferred).
