ASRIS AGRO Company (AST Group) —one of the industry leaders specializing in the cultivation, processing, sale of grain and of leguminous crops, announces a competition for the vacancy: "Contract accounting specialist".

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education;
• confident user, 1 S.
• land management, understanding the types of documents that prove ownership of a plot of land: types of land lease contracts; categories of land, types of land.

Main duties:

• keeping records of the movement of contracts, land records;
• entering information on contracts in the enterprise accounting system, monitoring contracts in the database until they are complete completion;
• conducting analytics in terms of land accounting and the state of contractual relations;
• keeping registers of the movement of contracts;
• checking the completeness and correctness of filling out land lease contracts and preparing them for state registration;
• reconciling registers of contracts for the payment of rent, making changes, submitting information on contracts for the payment of rent;
• conducting an audit of contracts when recruiting new ones land, preparation of reports, analyses; 
• conducting analysis after acquisition for further accounting in the enterprise accounting system.
