Information about the project:

We are strengthening our Internal Communication Team and invite a specialist to the position of Content Writer / Creative Copywriter, who will participate in the implementation of internal content-plan of communications.

Main tasks:

• Participation in the planning, organization and control of internal communications for employees;
• Participation in the implementation of the internal content plan;
• Development and writing of content for internal communications: news, newsletters, holiday greetings, internal digests, creating content that increases employee engagement and motivation;
• Publishing texts on the company's corporate platforms and corporate communication channels;
• Collaborate with the team design for creating visual elements (graphics, infographics, banners) so that your words look as bright as they sound;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of internal communicationsSupporting a uniform style and tone of communications in all internal company materials.

It is important for us:

• Journalistic or editorial work experience from the 1st year;
• Experience in working with internal communications (posts , texts, newsletters, digests, videos)Understanding the basics and experience in writing texts (tone of voice, key messages, target audience, etc.);
• Communication support for internal projects, programs, events and other company activities;
• Proficient command of spoken and written Ukrainian; initiative, attention to detail and ability to work according to deadlines;
• Basic skills of working with graphic editors (will be a plus);
