• complete higher education:
• work experience in a similar position from 1st year:
• confident mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, YouTube Studio;
• toknowledge of AI - required;
• deep understanding of YouTube content and platform trends;
• developed visual perception;
• ability to analyze results and working with metrics;
• attention to details;
• strong communication skills;
• creative thinking;
• responsibility and meeting deadlines;
• ability to work in team;
• flexibility in approaches and a developed sense of style.
