Nestle Ukraine announces a competition for the position of Content Promotion Specialist in Online Commerce in Kyiv.
The overall goal of this position is:
Ensuring that e-commerce clients have up-to-date electronic content for the company's products, developed according to company standards. Coordination and updating of product content according to corporate norms and company requirements, formation of e-Content library by categories, regular communication with clients and e-commerce partners. Management of digital assets of the company's products and support in relevant internal systems.
Main responsibilities:
- understand the FMCG product market, competitive environment, retail, customers, e-commerce market
- analyze the completeness and relevance of electronic content across the Company's entire range, including all new products and relaunches, and check it for compliance with standards. Based on the analysis, initiate and coordinate the process of creating relevant electronic content by the company's marketing team of the relevant brand
- know and master eContent standards, understand in detail the internal rules for eContent development and management of internal systems (Content Hub, Product Data Hub, eLabeling, SAP) for the development, adaptation and preservation of eContent and digital assets
- Provide key information and participate in operational meetings with service providers for content development and automatic exchange with clients and partners (Listex, eRetailers, etc.)
- maintain up-to-date eContent according to the recommended assortment on the websites of clients and e-commerce partners
- comply with requirements for placing Nestle products on customers' online websites;
- Timely digitize the necessary eContent and control contractors for the transfer of the necessary product attributes of the active assortment to customers and e-commerce partners
- develop long-term and successful relationships with customers and e-commerce channel partners;
- be a link connecting Nestle divisions (Marketing, Technical, Legal, etc.) with customers and e-commerce channel partners to achieve the most optimal results;
- collect (through auditing of retailer websites) and process data to maintain the current status (compliance with the Company's product catalog) of electronic product content in the product e-commerce channel. Based on the information received, initiate and coordinate the process of updating electronic content in clients where the content is not up-to-date.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
- Knowledge of core business processes (sales/distribution, eRetailer planning and management, financial reporting, training, HR policies, traceability, quality fundamentals)
- Knowledge of eContent standards and its typology
- Knowledge of standards for displaying e-content on the website
- Knowledge of the process of automated content exchange with partners
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English
- Excel, PowerPoint
- Initiative, result-oriented, excellent communication skills
