Content producer(s) YouTube (New) in Starlight Media

And today the Department of Internet Projects Starlight Media invites to its team Kontent of the YouTube producer/producer of the News division.

Your tasks will be:

• coordination of the work of digital teams and producers of broadcast content (United Newsroom Facts/Windows);
• operational content planning with the department distribution of the video product, teams of sites, social networks and experimental projects;
• coordination of reporting and analytics of content performance for various types of stakeholders.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education (journalism);
• mandatory experience in digital media and on television from 2 years;
• knowledge and clear understanding of the production processes of broadcast (News) anddigital content of various types, primarily videos for YouTube;
• experience in video content distribution;
• understanding of the principles of YouTube and social networks;
• understanding of trends in the development of technological platforms and consumption of information content in digital by different target audiences;
• understanding the principles of search engine optimization for media;
• ability to analyze the effectiveness of content and make strategic decisions based on data;
< li style="font-weight: 400">high-level skills in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps programs;
• experience in working with Meta/Facebook analytics , Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, SocialBlade, SubBox;
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level;
• analytical and creative composition intelligence and the ability to work not only with numbers, but also with presentations;
• high communication skills, organization, attentiveness and pro-activity;
• independence, responsibility, striving for continuous development, healthy perfectionism.
