Content Marketing Manager (B2B, English-speaking and UA markets) in NetHunt CRM

NetHunt CRM is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead inbound content efforts across English-speaking and Ukrainian markets. You’ll take full ownership of our content engine — from strategy and execution to performance analysis — and help us generate quality leads through blog posts, guides, newsletters, SEO, and more.

What you'll do

• Own and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals (both global and local).
• Manage content production across blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media.
• Write and edit expert articles, ad copy, and social posts — or manage writers when needed.
• Optimize content for SEO and AI-driven search visibility with support from our SEO specialist.
• Use GA4, Ahrefs, and Mouseflow to measure content performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, sales, and marketing team members to launch multi-channel campaigns.
• Mentor content creators and provide constructive feedback on drafts.
   

What we’re looking for

• Fluent English and Ukrainian with strong writing and editing skills.
• 1+ years in content marketing or content management (ideally in B2B SaaS or US-targeted markets).
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics (GA4, Ahrefs, CMS).
• Background in copywriting or journalism is a big plus.
• Bonus points if you understand CRM systems, sales processes, or inbound/outbound marketing.
