Important:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year, mainly in the field of digital content, medical topics will be a plus;
• Experience in large digital agencies , or e-commerce in this position from 1 year;
• Practical experience in creating content for various digital platforms (websites, social networks, videos, etc.);
• Knowledge of the basics of SEO and SMM, understanding of trends and trends in the field of content;
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira) and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager);
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate team;
• Creativity and strategic thinking - the ability to create content that meets trends and engages the audience.

We expect:

• Experience in managing a team of content specialists (copywriters, designers, video specialists, etc.);
• Centralized management of contractors and content creators in the team;
• Coordinating the work of a team of content creators, including task setting, quality control and compliance;
• Management of the content creation process for digital platforms (video, sites, social networks), from planning to execution;
• Deep understanding of SMM (Social Media Marketing) - to create a content approach in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok);
• Ability to work with video - understanding of the basics of video production, editing, video formats for various platforms;
• Copywriting and text editing - experience in writing texts that meet the style of the brand and the requirements of the audience;
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and content;
• Knowledge digital platforms and tools for content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editors);
• Organization and ability to workand with deadlines - the ability to manage several projects at the same time;
• Search for new approaches and innovations in content creation to increase audience engagement;
• Analytical skills - the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of content based on data and adjust strategies .
