Content manager/SMM in RaiFlora

We, Rai Flora, are one of the largest flower producers in Ukraine. 

We have our own fields, greenhouses, back office and logistics, and we also work with European technologies.

Now we are actively developing and looking for a Content manager /SMMinto our marketing team. 

A little bit about the team:

• marketer, SEO and PPS specialists, designer and marketing manager

• we tell about the life of flowers grown in our native land and the best people who take care of them, deliver and sell them, because flowers give happiness

   

What will you do:

• form a content plan
• maintain social networks (Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tik Tok ), communication in messengers (Viber, Telegram), create ads on Olx and Prom.ua
• write texts for publications and publish content
• work in graphic editors
• research the market and analyze competitors
• develop online catalogs

• create photo and video content, process and edit ready-made photos, edit ready-made videos (optionally for the project)

We expect that you:

• have experience in a similar position from 1 year
• show a portfolio and examples of work from previous projects
• write interesting creative texts and know how to implement ideas for content
• understand social networks, messengers, contextual advertising and analytics of these channels
• know how to create graphic and visual content (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and with the help of AI)
• know how to take photos and shoot videos on a phone/camera, edit and edit< /li>
• basically understand advertising campaigns on the Internet - Meta, Olx, Google ads, Prom.ua
• want to work in a team and know how to cooperate with other departments to implement a marketing strategy
< li>have advanced soft skills: communication, responsibility, attention to detail, creativity, high level of organizational skills
