Content manager for working with sites in Zola Cosmetics

We are looking for a content manager to fill and administer three sites, two of which belong to the same brand. The main field is cosmetic products, so it is important for us that the candidate has experience in this field.

Main responsibilities:

• Adding new products to the sites , filling out product cards (descriptions, photos, technical specifications).
• Editing and optimization of images for the site (ability to work in photo editors such as Photoshop).
• Working with an accounting program for entering information about goods, installation prices.
• Creating and updating content in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintaining the relevance of information on sites (promotions, banners, news).
• Communication with the team regarding updates and editing.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
< li>Experience of working with cosmetic products — understanding the specifics and features of products.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of English and Polish at the basic level will be an advantage (the senior manager will provide support with title translations, if we are talking about larger texts, then the team has a translator).
• Experience with photo editors (Photoshop or others). The team has a full-time photographer and videographer, so product photography is not included in the list of duties :)
• Ability to work with programs for data accounting.
• Attention to details, ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Communication and the ability to quickly respond to team requests.

Working conditions:

• At first it will be part-time work: you submit a report on the tasks completed and the amount of time spent, and payment will be made on the basis of hours worked.
• In the future, if necessary and desired, it is possible to transition to full-time work as in office, as well as in a remote format.
• Flexible work schedule, which allows you to combine it with personal affairs, but the dates of promotions and new products are known in advance, so these days it is necessary to 10:00 a.m. in Ukraine to post it on the site, of course if there are force majeure, then the senior manager will be on the hook :)
