Content manager in Ksisters

Ksisters is a network of online and offline stores of Korean cosmetics. We promote K-beauty in Europe and deliver orders throughout the European Union.

Our priority is customer care and providing the best K-beauty cosmetic products.

Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a responsible and organized content manager with experience in translation and copywriting. 

Area of responsibility:

• Checking, editing and proofreading of Ukrainian copyright
• Independent execution of translations of various types of texts using AI-tools (up to 50 descriptions per day)
• Optimization of work with AI: selection of prompts, checking accuracy, improvement of processes
• Ensuring high quality translations and a minimum number editing
• Prompt processing of requests and meeting deadlines
• Processing and preparation of photo and video content for publication

What is important to us:

• Competent written Ukrainian language (required)
• Attention to details
• Self-organization and meeting deadlines
• Experience working with content, translations and copywriting (it is welcome to provide examples of work when applying)
• Ability to work with AI tools for content translation and form effective prompts
• Fluent command of a PC and the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel), as well as Google Docs and Sheets
• Basic skills of working with graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop)
• A2 level of English will be an advantage
