Dataweb Global Group, an international provider of IT infrastructure solutions, is currently seeking a Content Manager to join our team.

For over 22 years, we have been building complex IT infrastructure solutions that play a key role in the growth of our customers’ businesses and applications. As we help our customers grow, we’re now looking to expand our own reach through impactful, strategic content.

We are looking for a strong Content Manager to take on the continuous enhancement of our website, manage outsourcing teams, and lead content generation from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate has expertise in SEO, AI tools, and content optimization to create and deliver impactful content across platforms.

Our Expectations for the Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience as a Content Manager and/or Technical copywriter.
• Proficiency in English at an Advanced level, with strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and translation.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with SEO optimization; ability to work with SEO tools.
• Experience with WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML for content formatting.
• Ability to create and maintain reporting tables and ensure their accuracy.
• Interest in hardware, creativity, AI.
• High level of self-discipline and responsibility.
• Sens of humor as a philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a key player in developing and executing content strategies and tactics that align with our marketing goals.
• Dive deep into topics and keywords to craft unique content that resonates with our audience and ranks effectively in search engines.
• Develop detailed briefs for copywriters and AI tools (prompt creation) to generate content for webpages, blogs, social media, videos, etc.
• Use AI tools to review and optimize content. Provide actionable feedback, ensure necessary revisions, and refine the final copy for publication.
• Continuously optimize the website by refining meta tags, descriptions, and other SEO elements.
• Experiment with AI-powered content creation to craft human-like, search-engine-optimized materials.
• Format and upload content to the website, tables, visuals, and other elements.
• Partner with teams to create compelling content within effective marketing channels.
• Work closely with Product Departments to craft marketing offers, create email sequences, and develop engaging campaigns tailored to our audience.
• Manage content tasks, maintain detailed reports, and ensure every project is completed on time and at the highest quality.

Referred Skills and Advantages

• Knowledge of additional languages (even at a basic level) and an understanding of content localization.
• A network of reliable technical and creative copywriters, with experience managing them.
• Background in creating analytical materials and forecasts in the IT Infrastructure (Hosting, CDN, DevOps, Data Centers, etc) field.
• Experience crafting precise prompts, scenarios, and tasks for AI systems.
