We are looking for a Content Manager who /-a is in the trend of innovation and ready/-a to join the team of professionals.

Duties:

• Develop and implement content strategies for the agency's landing page and social networks, including planning the content structure, defining key messages and optimization for search engines;

• Ensure high quality and full content of all available platforms of the agency, including the company's website, social networks, blogs, etc.;

• Cooperate with various departments of the organization to create quality text content;

• Conduct content strategy effectiveness analysis using metrics and reports, adapting approaches according to analytical data;

• Perform continuous improvement of content processes and methods to improve and optimize results;

• Monitor industry trends, competitive environment and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative marketing communications strategies;

• Create and manage content aimed at generating leads, including but not limited to: landing pages, calls to action (CTAs), data collection forms and optimized texts for conversion;

• Analyze and optimize lead generation funnels, ensure lead growth and conversion through posted content.

Experience required:

• Confirmed work experience in the field of digital-marketing/IT for at least 1.5 years;

• Proven ability to create compelling messages for various target audiences and communication channels;

• The level of English is sufficient for independent work and creation of text content without verification;

• Availability of SEO copywriting skills;

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress administration;

• Leadership qualities;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them;

• Creative thinking with an active attitude towards problem solving and willingness to accept new ideas.

Would be a plus:

• Email marketing skills, SMM;

• Experience of working with YouTube, attracting YouTube leads;
