Content Manager in R&D center WINSTARS.AI

WINSTARS.AI is a Data Science research centerin Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Our team works on the development of effective and successful solutions for the implementation of artificial intelligence for foreign companies (including startups).

We are looking for a content manager — a creative and organized person with excellent language skills, high communication skills and experience working with content. You will be responsible for creating, publishing and optimizing content that will attract customers and maintain the image of our company in the international market.

Requirements:

• Competent spoken and written Ukrainian language;
• Fluency in written English (not lower than B2);
• Basic copywriting skills;
• Skills for working with photo and video editors (CANVA, Figma, Photoshop, InShot);
• Ability to search and process a large amount of information;
• Creativity and the ability to generate interesting content.

Desirable or will be an advantage:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Ability to administer a website through CMS;
• Experience in creating and setting up targeted advertising;
• Analytical skills;
• Basic understanding of the functioning of the IT industry .

• Maintaining profiles in social networks; li>
• Creation and editing of a large amount of text content (news, publications, articles, text versions of interviews);
• Shooting and editing of short videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and full-length videos on YouTube;
• Design of graphic materials (visuals, banners) for publication in social networks; >
• Interaction with the audience, responses to comments and messages;
• Help in organizing events, interviews.
