Content Creator with SMM knowledge in RADAR

Hello there. We are looking for a Content Creator to handle account management and content creation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with social media trends, loves engaging with various platforms, and has a passion for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Research, plan and produce engaging content tailored to each platform.
Copywriting & Editing: Write and refine copy for social media posts in English and Ukrainian.
Account Management: Oversee and manage brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, and Reddit.
Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with social media trends and insights to optimize content strategies.
Design & Tools: Figma, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.
Video Editing: Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, Stories, UGC, and Meta campaigns.
Usage of Ai tools: Runway (image>video), Adobe Firefly (text>image),  Elevenlabs or other (text>voice)

Requirements:
Proven by your portfolio experience in content creation and social media management.
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices.
Proficiency in video editing, AI content generation and graphic design tools.
English and Ukrainian copywriting and editing skills. Knowledge of slang will be a plus.
Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly, even if not proficient in all required tools.

Conditions:
Remote work, but you must remain available during working hours
Option to work from our office in the center of Kyiv
5-day workweek, with Saturday and Sunday off
Part-time work may be considered, but we prioritize a full-time team member
