Content Creator/ SMM/ Copywriter (affiliate niches) in ScaleJet

Our client, an ambitious product team with its own traffic baying, which creates modern information solutions and tests them in international markets,looking for skillful content creator. We are looking for a specialist who, together with SMO, will develop and implement content funnels and CRI for them.
We immediately give the opportunity to attract our / or out-staff artists recommended by us, and later, if necessary, we can consider hiring an in-house content team.

Background
- Experience with all major content formats, traditional social media (primarily Meta, TikTok), blogs, mailings, writing video scripts. More niche Quora, Reddit, Discord will be a plus. X will be a plus.
Under "experience" is we mean, first of all, the manual preparation of content, and not the formulation of strategies.
- Experience working with various markets is desirable, not only the territory of the post-CIS, but also the countries of Europe, the USA, Canada, Latam. However, this is not a mandatory requirement, if necessary it will be possible to learn in the process.
- Experience managing a small team of 3-4 people will be a plus, but not a must.
- Deep understanding of interaction with design and buying, experience in creating adsets, performance campaigns in conjunction with a designer / design department.< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>- Experience with infobiz and/or Edtech products will be a plus.
- Experience in building content funnels, understanding how lead magnets, tripwires and chatbots work will also be an advantage.
- Understanding ShatGPT and AI tools as such. Basic prompt writing skills.
- English level B2 .

Duties
- Preparation of hypotheses of creatives / adsets for BAfrom feedback from media buyers.
- Development (on start together with SMO) and implementation of content funnels, their measurement and optimization. Including the development of lead magnets and trip wires
- Writing short videos
- Creation content plans and rubrics
- Research of new target markets, writing go-to-market logic from the point of view of content tools
- Development (together with SMO) content logic for retention on various company products

Development
- The ability to quickly move to the delegation of linear tasks to an outstaff team. First of all, we are looking for a person who knows how to think and create frameworks for the execution of tasks. Delegating this execution is not a problem.
- Possibility to onboard part of the in-house content team if necessary.
- Bonuses from the effectiveness of content funnels / number of conversions from organic leads.
- The ability to test literally any hypothesis without restrictions and bureaucracy
- The ability to initiate the creation of micro-products based on your own ideas and implement them together with colleagues, receiving additional profit if the product works

Location: Kyiv. The position involves the following work format: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday remotely if desired.
