Evoplay is an ecosystem of product projects that are developing in the spheres of the online gaming industry. In order to to become an excellent candidate for this position, it is important to:
- Write simply, clearly, quickly, competently, positively and easily using live language.
- Write for different CAs using different TOV.
- Interview anyone from a designer to a developer.
- Feel comfortable working to short deadlines and to be understanding about edits (sometimes there can be a lot of them, it happens).
- Comfortable to work independently, make decisions and act without having the full picture.
- Excellent work with the text, edit, structure the text, cut off the excess, add the necessary, improve.
What tasks await you :
- Creating a content plan and content for the company's general chat. Prompt, laconic and informative texts, according to the TOV and rubrics, which increase engagement, motivate employees and support a positive climate. Preparation of news and posts for updates and internal events.
- Creation of content to support CSR projects. Texts highlighting our social initiatives (a project to support colleagues in the Armed Forces, volunteering, charity lotteries, and other initiatives aimed at improving society). Help develop and promote creative ideas that engage employees in these projects.
- Content for the recruitment team. Preparation of posts and materials for attracting talent, creating templates. Development of attractive content for the career site and social networks of projects, coverage of events and achievements.
- Working with internal communications of individual projects. Creating content for internal communications in chats, including announcements, greetings, information blocks about new initiatives and colleagues. Development of creative materials to strengthen the HR brand and increase employee loyalty. Participation in the formation of information content for internal channels.
Our expectations:
- Experience as a copywriter/content manager (2+ years) in internal communications.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages at a high level.
- Experience in HR / Brand communications and experience in IT company will be advantage.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your experience and skills.
Knowledge and ability to use artificial intelligence tools too, but we expect personal expertise, understanding of the query and uniqueness of the text. - em>
