A large national drugstore chain invites candidates for the position of Contact Center Operator (processing online orders)

Remote work provided that you have the technical and physical capabilities for this (computer equipment, no extraneous sounds during the work period, stable Internet and light).

Assignment:

• Processing incoming/outgoing calls from clients;
• Processing orders;
• Processing client requests;
• Observing work instructions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, experience working in contact centers;
• Customer orientation, endurance, stress resistance, empathy.

• Training and full support of the mentor during the adaptation period;
• Official registration and social guarantees according to the Labor Code;
• Work schedule: 2/2, from 08:00 to 20:00 and from 09:00 to 21:00.
