• Reception and processing of incoming calls, messages in chats, e-mail;
• Providing advice on services, products or terms of cooperation;
• Resolving problems clients, providing assistance in difficult situations;
• Keeping the history of requests, updating the statuses of requests;
• Registering complaints and transferring them to the appropriate departments;
• Monitoring the execution of requests and reporting the results to the client;
• Assessing the level of customer satisfaction;
• Transferring information about recurring problems to management to improve services;
• Analyzing typical requests for optimization of processes.
