WMS Consultant in Quantum International

Quantum International is a Ukrainian company that is part of the international holding Quantum Software (Poland). We specialize in the implementation of IT solutions in the field of logistics and management of warehouse processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting customers at work with the WMS system.
• Analysis of the main business processes in the warehouse and assistance in configuring solutions.
• Preparation and introduction of changes to the system settings under the guidance of senior specialists.
• Functional testing, preparation of error reports.
• Participation in the implementation of system updates and modifications.
• Consulting support users (answers to questions, training).

Requirements:

• Understanding the principles of warehouse processes or logistics.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details.
• Ability to communicate with clients and work in a team.
• Knowledge of SQL at a basic level is desirable.
• Education - economic, technical or logistics (final year student is possible).

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of the Qguar system.
• Knowledge of English or Polish at the level of reading technical documentation.
