Consultant of online courses for children in GoITeens

Managerindividual consultationsconducts not only individual consultations on video communication, but also makes sales.

You will only work with a warm base, no cold sales. All clients come precisely from advertising on request and have already been pre-processed by the call center. 

Tasks:

• conducting online video consultations on the product - presentation of courses;
< li style="font-weight: 400">providing recommendations to the client on choosing an online course and advising on the benefits of online learning;
• selling courses during consultation and registration sales (work with payment documents);
• filling in reports on the status of customers, work in CRM.

We expect from you:

• no fear of conducting presentations on camera (GoogleMeet, Zoom);
• availability of a laptop (the company does not provide equipment), a good webcam and access to a stable, fast Internet;
• the ability to quickly learn new information in large volumes;
• good pronunciation;
• experience of online work;
• experience in sales, consulting or experience in customer support or call center is preferred.
