Consultant-analyst 1C/BAS in Rearden Group (EBS)

Requirements:

• essential knowledge of accounting processes of enterprises (regulated and management accounting);
• knowledge of several applied solutions BAS ERP, BAS KUP, BAS Accounting, BAS UT, etc. is desirable. and BAS/1C platforms;
• experience in implementing BAS and 1C software products is welcome (in addition, experience in participating in large projects is welcome);
• analytical thinking;
• experience participation in the formation or independent compilation of project documentation (survey report, technical task, methodical recommendations, etc.);
• it is desirable to be able to go on business trips across Ukraine;
• ability to train and advise users.
• additionally welcome skills of description, modeling and changes in accounting business processes.

Duties:

• analysis and formalization of business processes, system requirements and user requests,
• description and assessment of improvements, setting tasks for programmers, control of work performance, testing;
• training and/or creation of user instructions;
• system debugging;
• support and consulting of users of automated systems;
• tracking and fixing of errors in the accounting system;
• close cooperation with the customer, developers, analysts
• for experienced specialists: methodology and architecture in projects, design, "product management" of the project,
• for experienced specialists: management of consultants in projects, unifying analysis and control of their processes and gaps between them, drawing up work plans
