 Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler to support the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for modeling, designing power distribution, security and life systems, standby generators and UPS systems, performing calculations, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring design accuracy using advanced BIM and electrical engineering tools. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through execution. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing construction schedules for data center projects using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.
  • Using estimating tools to calculate material quantities and labor requirements for project execution.
  • Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define tasks, allocate resources, and establish activity codes to clarify project scopes.
  • Calculating critical path, resource needs, and project slack to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
  • Generating Gantt charts, resource allocation charts, and other essential reports for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with BIM teams to integrate project schedules with the Revit BIM model, facilitating the creation of 4D BIM schedules and construction simulations.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or construction 
  • Written and spoken English B1 and higher
  • 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry managing complex construction projects with a large electrical and/or mechanical component; projects can be a variation of commercial, industrial, transportation, utilities.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project required. Experience with Synchro would be considered an advantage
  • Strong experience in Revit is a must!
  • MS Access experience is an asset
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to multi-task and to initiate tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Excellent communication skills
