The construction company Vambud is opening a new large-scale project in Dragomyrchany and is inviting a Project Manager to the team, who will be able to start construction "from scratch" and successfully bring it to completion into operation.
We are looking for a strong manager who knows how to work with large amounts of information, make responsible decisions and keep under control all processes - from planning to handover of the object.
Your main tasks:
1. Planning and management of the scope of work
Formation of project goals, understanding of the technical task and customer requirements.
Development of a detailed plan: stages, deadlines, resources, key milestones.
2. Management of finances and resources
Control of the budget and actual expenses.
Organization of purchases, selection of suppliers, logistics of materials at the facility.
3. Team and communication management
Formation and coordination of the work of contractors, engineers, craftsmen.
Constant interaction with designers, architects, suppliers and other project participants.
Regular monitoring of work progress on the field.
Prompt resolution of problems and disputes.
4. Control of safety regulations and techniques. normal; font-weight: 400"> Objects were handed over on time. Construction meets DBN, technical requirements and quality standards. Project budget was met, reports were provided on time. Zero or minimal injury rate.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education in Industrial and civil construction or Project management in construction.
The presence of international certificates (PMI, IPMA) or certificates will be an advantage construction/supervision engineer.
Practical experience in managing the construction of commercial and industrial facilities (malls, industrial parks, warehouses, production complexes).
Knowledge of DBN, construction technologies, engineering systems.
Experience with project management programs (Primavera, MS Project, Asana, Jira and etc.).
Basic skills for working in CAD-systems, understanding of estimate documentation.
High self-organization, discipline, ability to keep many parallel processes under control.
