How we see our candidate?

• MANDATORY project manager experience in capital construction (general contractor side)
• experience of project budgeting
• expense management experience
• ability to work with numbers, calculations
• developed analytical skills, technical literacy
• Knowledge of PC (Word, Exel, Autocad) at the level of a confident user, knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Management skills and the ability to organize the work of a team
• READINESS TO DISTRIBUTION
• Personal discipline, punctuality, responsibility in decision making, honesty

What should be done?

• Compilation of the project budget, schedule of work execution, management of deadlines, management of cost of work
• Work with project organizations (from the beginning of work to the commissioning of the object)

• Selection and management of subcontracting organizations (selection of subcontracting organizations, conclusion of contracts, approval of acts of completed works, and etc.)
• Control over compliance with the requirements for maintaining executive documentation and occupational safety standards at the facility
• Communication with the customer (operational resolution of decisions arising in the course of project implementation, approval of acts of completed works, contractual prices, additional agreements, etc.)
• Possibility to have your own car and driver's license
• Business trip to Ukraine (as needed)
